Between 11:13 AM and 11:40 AM BST, websites hosted on LOGAN-LON may have incorrectly displayed an Account Suspended notification due to a Hosting Account State Synchronisation Failure.
Our Infrastructure Engineering Team identified the affected hosting-management service, restarted the required core processes and restored all customer services.
All affected services are now operating normally. No customer data was lost, modified or compromised.
